Free Bangkok trip from Lemon Grass

GET the best deal at the Lemon Grass Restaurant, part of the famed Café Laguna group of restaurants, located at the Entertainment Area of Ayala Center Cebu.

Not only does one get authentic Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, but one can also get the chance to win a free holiday for two to Bangkok for every P500 worth of food and drinks.

From June 15 to July 15, patrons can take part in the “Tantalizing Thailand Food Festival” special promo that was launched with Cebu Pacific Air, the Chaophya Park Hotel (Bangkok) and the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

The brainchild of the dynamic Lita Urbina and her son, corporate chef Raki Urbina, Lemon Grass Restaurant opened last December 2006 to a never-ending list of patrons and foreign guests eager to sample authentic cuisine.

Raki Urbina said, “I was fortunate enough to be trained by an old Thai lady who headed the culinary school that produced cooks for the King and Queen of Thailand. I even lived in a Thai home, ate family meals and local street food, and bought produce at the market. That experience made me confident in my knowledge of the Thai food profile and execution.”

The holiday includes free airfare for two, hotel accommodation, land transfer and city tour. Inaugurated just last April 6, low-fare leader Cebu Pacific’s direct Cebu-Bangkok service flies every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Meanwhile, award-winning Chaophya Park Hotel is a first-class internationally managed 402-bedroom hotel in Bangkok.

The raffle draw will be held on July 16, 5 p.m. at the Lemon Grass Restaurant.
