Robinsons Land presents Davao housing project

ROBINSONS Land Corp. affirms Davao’s status as a premier city with its new development project.

This is the second prime address in Davao city after the well-received Robinsons Highlands project.

The 10-hectare Bloom-fields Davao on J.P. Laurel Highway in Lanang is an exclusive residential community in a prime district in cosmopolitan Davao City that offers comfort and quiet living while still close enough to two major commercial areas.

Fronting the impressive Lanang Golf Course and Country Club, it is just 15 minutes away from downtown and Davao International Airport. Just outside the residential community is a commercial block that provides easy and convenient access to daily basic needs.

The project that drew inspiration from American flower fields is designed for 323 households. On offer are lots only but with option for housing.

The minimum lot cut is 200 square meters at an average of P8,000 per square meter. The development project, which is expected to enhance Davao’s status not only as a business hub but also as an ideal residential spot, is expected to be completed by the end of 2008. Although it was sold out in just a year and a half, there is a continuing demand to be part of this much valued development project.

Bloomfields Davao offers landscaped parks and gardens, a multipurpose play court, swimming pool and a clubhouse for parties and other special functions.

Residents can rely on being able to enjoy privacy and security when they are behind the two grand entrance gates and entry markers. (PR)
