Sunday, June 30, 2008 China Bank holds five events to celebrate 60th year in Cebu
CHINA Banking Corp. (China Bank), the country’s first privately-owned commercial bank, is celebrating its 60th anniversary in Cebu this July, marking six decades of partnerships and success in the city.
China Bank is hosting five different events for its loyal clients and partners in Cebu from July 1 to 4.
The main event, the Clients’ Appreciation Night, will be held at the Atlantic Ballroom of the Waterfront Hotel Lahug on July 4.
The festivities will start tomorrow, July 1, at the China Bank Magallanes Branch along Magallanes corner Jakosalem Streets.
Headed by assistant vice president and branch manager Jose Alvin Y. Limhanchiong, co-hosted by vice president and Visayas/Mindanao region head Patrick U. Go with vice president and area head for Cebu branches Henry D. Sia, the officers and staff of China Bank’s first branch in Cebu will be treating clients to a sumptuous all-day feast. Special giveaways also await new clients who open accounts at the branch tomorrow.
The celebration will continue from July 2 to 4 as China Bank’s Consumer Banking Group and Private Banking Group will also be holding separate events leading to the gala on July 4.
CBG will host a Brokers and Developers’ Night dubbed “Open House Brokers Party” at the Waterfront Hotel Lahug on July 2.
China Bank’s Private Banking Group is bringing its successful series of Wealth Management Fora to Cebu on July 3, at the Waterfront Hotel Lahug. China Bank’s Cebuano clients will get to know the different investment trends and practical financial planning tips straight from renowned investment expert and financial management practitioner, Rex Ma. Mendoza.
As an added attraction, China Bank is also holding a mini exhibit chronicling the 60 years of China Bank in Cebu for the guests of the Appreciation Night.
