TAKING a cue from Cebu’s increasing domestic tourism patronage and continuous influx of international tourists, Filinvest Land Inc. embraced the challenge of developing a condotel project in Cebu, taking full advantage of the opportunity presented by the existing market forces in addressing the growing demand for hotel rooms in the next five years or so.
