Monday, August 04, 2008 Fuente Triangle raffles off brand new Kia Picanto, P50T
FUENTE TRIANGLE Triangle Realty Development Corp., a trusted brand in the real estate industry and developer of Club Ultima, Ultima Residences and the Crown Regency chain of hotels and condotels, raffled off a brand new Kia Picanto and P50,000 during its monthly general sales assembly at Crown Regency Hotel and Towers.
The raffle was an initiative of the company’s chairman and chief executive officer Richard L. King.
“The Chairman came up with this incentive to encourage our sales agents to work harder and increase our sales collections,” Fuente Triangle vice president for sales and marketing Jose Maria Gianzon said.
During the assembly, top sales agents were given recognition and gift certificates to acknowledge and reward them for their exemplary performance for the previous month.
Sales manager Felix Canasa went home with P50,000. But the luckiest, who went home a Kia Picanto richer, was sales group leader Lyle Sato Demeterio. Demeterio also bagged the first place for the top sales force.
From simply collecting metal and steel scraps and sidelining as a CAT senior tactical officer, Demeterio became a sales agent, followed prescribed processes, and rose up to the rank of a sales group leader. A year ago, all Demeterio had was P20 in his pocket but he had an unwavering determination to do his job the best way he can.
“All the agents who do the works will earn the pay. You just have to work for it,” Demeterio said.
Fuente Triangle agents can still expect to win a Toyota Fortuner or a BMW or a Mercedes Benz at the end of this year if they keep hitting their sales target.
Fuente Triangle is a subsidiary of J. King and Sons Company, Inc., which owns and operates Crown Regency Hotels and Resorts, Club Ultima, Ultima Residences, Metrosports Center Lahug and Mactan, First Laundry, and Prana Medispa.
