LANI Misalucha’s inspiring success story continues with the release of her new album, Reminisce, from Universal Records (UR).
The company did its best to bring her back home for the launching and promotion of the new CD. UR believes that there is nothing better than bringing back the world class diva to her Filipino audience.
The new CD, entirely record in Las Vegas, Nevada, contains 14 best-loved songs, superbly performed by the platinum-selling diva.
Lani calculated that it took more than a year to finish Reminisce.
“The actual Vegas recording took us more than a month,” Lani said. “We had to be extra careful to every aspect of the job. Yes, we worked on ‘borrowed’ time since I had to finish my daily show, before going to the studio.”
Love Of My Life is the first single in the album. Some of the other selections are Here, There and Everywhere (Beatles), Someone That I Used To Love (Natalie Cole), Healing (Deniece Williams), Bridges (Sergio Mendes) and Love Of My Life (Queen). There is a bonus track, Iisa Pa Lamang (from the ABS-CBN teleserye of the same title).
