WITH the success of its Italian-inspired subdivision in Talamban, Nexland Estate Ventures, Inc., embarked on developing the second phase of La Cittadella Condo-Residences.
Started in September of 2007, the second phase will be composed of condominium units and town houses featuring the warmth, classic luxury and comfortable sense of Italian design.
