| Residents of Kenatarkan Island in Sta. Fe, Cebu dig out the bodies in one of three graves at the locality where some victims of the sinking of mv Princess of the Stars were buried. A joint team of the NBI, police, and Department of Health yesterday went to the island to retrieve the bodies for DNA testing and eventual identification. The new effort shows that the project to identify the disaster victims went beyond Cebu City where bodies were collected and examined by victim ID experts. (Sun.star photo/Alex Badayos in Sta. Fe) |
