Auxiliary events starts

AFTER a month of an all-basketball show, the limelight now shifts focus on the bulk of the events of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) with the formal opening of the auxiliary events this morning at the Cebu Coliseum.

Cesafi features several sporting events such as athletics, badminton, chess, dancesport, football, volleyball, beach volleyball, swimming, tennis, table tennis, football, karatedo, taekwondo, scrabble and sepak takraw.

Cesafi will also be holding cultural and academic events.

Cesafi officials headed by president Rolando Villa, commissioners Felix Tiukinhoy and Dr. Danilo Villadolid will lead today’s opening which starts at 9 a.m. (MCB)
