'I don’t mind being expelled...It might even be a blessing in disguise.' Rep. Antonio Cuenco CEBU City Mayor Tomas Osmeña virtually kicked out Rep. Antonio Cuenco from the Bando Osmeña Pundok Kauswagan (BO-PK) for “doing the right thing for the wrong reason” in reviving moves to split Guadalupe into two barangays. “As far as I am concerned, he is not part of the BO-PK (anymore),” Osmeña told reporters yesterday.
