ApplyNa.com launched

FILIPINO job seekers now have an alternative online jobseekers’ engine created for them.

Launched last Sept. 9, ApplyNa.com, with its catchy domain name, caters to Filipino jobseekers worldwide, unlike other Internet job boards that services to varied nationalities, said Anthony Leuterio, president and founder.

“There is a niche for Filipino workers. Considering this, ApplyNa.com is created for companies worldwide to look for prospective Filipino applicants,” he said.

Leuterio, who is into network marketing industry for many years, has traveled to countries like the United States, Saudi Arabia, Australia and the Middle Eastern job hunter’s favorite, Dubai.

“I’ve observed that there are many Filipino workers in these places and they are doing good primarily because they have talent.”

“What we envision is to have an online job board that links applicants to prospective employers,” Leuterio said.

He said that ApplyNa.Com also caters to local employers.

Like many job search engines, ApplyNa.com provides avenue for companies to advertise job openings. Job seekers can upload credentials to the site for free and file application online.

“Our system is unique because it is developed by programmers who are also co-owners of the site. Unlike other job search engines who hires programmers, our programmers, being co-owners of the site work hard to create an efficient and convenient engine for applicants and employees,” Leuterio added.

The result is simple, easy to manipulate and user friendly job search engine, he said.

ApplyNa.com also provides tips on effective job search, employment legal issues and health among others. Currently, ApplyNa.com has website exposure in 10 countries.

Meanwhile, demand for Filipino workers in health care is still high, said Leuterio. This includes nurses and caregivers, among others. Demand for Information Technology professionals is also promising as well as for skilled workers. (JSC)
