THE RemEmber Conso-lacion squad bounced from a sloppy start to beat the struggling Mandaue Stallions with an emphatic 58-46 win in the 6th M. Lhuillier Kwarta Padala Under-21 Developmental Basketball League held at the Consolacion Sports Complex.

The Consolacion squad owned by Vice Mayor Ember Alinsug and coached by former FEU Tamaraw stalwart Paul Alelu Flores struggled in the opening quarter before pulling to 12-14 at the close of the first 10 minutes of the game.

RemEmber Consolacion then made a momentum shift in the second and went to erect a 33-26 lead at the bend.

The Stallions had its final push within 43-45, but the host squad tore the game apart with a 13-2 blitz and never looked back.

Jerome Valle topscored for RemEmber, which took the solo second spot in Bracket B with a 3-1 win-loss record.

Ronron Cabahug had a game-high 19 points for the losing Stallions.
