PUNONGBAYAN & Araullo will hold a seminar on the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act 9504, which provides exemption for minimum wage earners, increases personal exemptions as well as optional standard deductions for individuals and corporations.
The seminar, to be held on Oct. 15 at the Cebu International Parklane Hotel, will also discuss the Personal Equity and Retirement Account (PERA) and other new revenue regulations that cover procedures in registering taxpayers with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
The seminar will be facilitated by a Punong-bayan and Araullo tax partner, the firm’s director as well as a BIR resource person.
