TWO Cebuano congressmen yesterday confirmed they signed a letter urging Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Jose Atienza to investigate the relief of Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 Director Alan Arranguez.
Both Reps. Benhur Salimbangon and Pablo John Garcia, however, clarified they did not oppose the transfer, but merely want to find out why Arranguez was removed reportedly without being given the chance to defend himself.
