Please be informed that the GMA Movers of Cebu are in accord with the removal by Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Lito Atienza of Environmental Management Bureau 7 Director Alan Arranguez from his post due to his flawed issuance of environmental compliance certificates in Bantayan Island.
This is not the first time he was relieved from his Central Visayas assignment. Then DENR secretary Sonny Alvarez also relieved Arranguez for committing similar infractions.
Please have Secretary Atienza restore Department Administrative Order No. 96-37 to stop DENR staff from committing shenanigans.
We hope you will support secretary Atienza’s relief of Director Arranguez. We Cebuanos know of Director Arranguez’s flawed performance.
