Some of the 18 vehicles in PASG custody (above) have been found by RTC Judge Geraldine Econg to have been stripped of stereo sets and tires.(Sun.star file) THE Presidential Anti-Smuggling Group (PASG) was ordered to explain why it failed to turn over seized vehicles to the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
