When Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI), an affiliate of Ayala Land Inc., embarked on its first project in our Queen City, it was met with excitement and anticipation.
The creation of the Cebu Business Park from an erstwhile golf course was something that stirred the imagination of the community and sparked lots of expectations. Without doubt, the development has changed the face of Cebu and as Fernando Zobel de Ayala, chairman of the Board of Ayala Land Inc. puts it: “The Cebu Business Park and all the developments within it have become an integral and exciting part of this dynamic city.”
It was celebration time for CHI when it marked its 20th year three weeks ago with a three-in-one affair. The celebration was in tandem with the grand opening of The Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu (a dining and entertainment hub in multi-level decks overlooking an open-paved court), and the 10th anniversary and re-launching of the Cebu City Marriott Hotel, which is seamlessly connected to Ayala Center Cebu.
