A SECURITY guard shot and killed a driver near the domestic arrival area of the Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA) yesterday, following an argument over the airport’s rules.
Serafin Gesta, 33, died after being shot in the head and body. He was hit while running away from the guard, Jessie Jumadiao. The two had traded punches after arguing about the airport’s restrictions on soliciting passengers in the arrival area.
