2 nabbed for shabu
TWO construction workers were arrested by the police while having a "shabu session" at 65-3 Guerero corner Juan Luna streets, Davao City, Wednesday night.
The suspects were identified as Joel Alcoriza, 27, single, and Joel Decalan, 26, single, both residents at the said address.
Police said that at around 6:15 p.m., Sta. Ana police operatives led by PO3 Gidulo Balbido and PO2 Jerry Acid raided the house of Alcoriza's mother after receiving information that the suspects were having a pot session inside.
Confiscated from the suspects were a sachet of shabu, a plastic glass tube and 2 matches.
The duo are now detained at the Sta. Ana Police station while appropriate charges are being prepared for filing in court.(AAG)
