DC bows to Oriental in sipa

DAVAO City bowed to the more-experienced Davao Oriental team 2-0 in the Davao Regional Athletic Association (Davraa) sipa finals at the Kapitan Tomas Monteverde Elementary School Grounds Saturday afternoon.

The team of Alvin Galao, Ronaldzon Coloma, Ariel Loquias and Alexander Pinoon just can't pull the trick on the unbeaten Sunrisers squad of Ferdinand Ibanez, Karel Juanir, Daniel Quindao and Harvey Calipes, the same squad who dealt them their first loss in the tournament.

But it wasn't all bad news for the Durians as team captain Galao was also selected to join the Wilfredo Calipes-coached Sunrisers team in the Palarong Pambansa. LMG
