150 kids to join Duterte clinic

CLOSE to 150 participants will join the Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte basketball clinic on Saturday and Sunday at the Barangay 23-C covered court.

Duterte Agilas team manager Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go Wednesday said the upcoming clinic is designed for Muslim kids at the Mini Forest.

The newly revitalized Agilas squad will teach the kids on the basic of dribbling, passing and shooting in the two-day activity presented by the city government of Davao through the Sports Development Division.

A similar clinic was also conducted previously in Toril District, Matina Aplaya, Buhangin, Mintal, Brgy. Bucana and Agdao.

The event aims to benefit participants on the grassroots sports development program of local government.
