Brgy. 2-A posts two wins; 9-A, 10-A also triumph

BARANGAY 2-A scored a twin kill in the opener of the Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte Youth Basketball Tournament at the Bankerohan covered court Monday night.

Barangay 2-A cagers waylaid host Bankerohan, 49-35, then doubled the feat against the same opponent, 68-54, in a later game.

Barangays 9-A and 10-A tote a one-win, one-loss record each in the meet that is part of the "Pahalipay ni Mayor sa Pasko" program.

Barangay 9-A scourged Barangay 10-A 62-39 in their first encounter but the latter avenged its loss by beating the former 67-53 in their second collision. The games will resume Wednesday.

The Sports Development Division of the City Mayor's Office is implementing the grassroots development program.
