Teacher accuses studes of threats

A TEACHER accused two students of threatening to kill her.

Pauline Nellas Paderanga, 36, from Cagayan de Oro but presently residing at Luna Extension in Digos City, identified the students as Arman and Jennifer, both from San Antonio Village, Bajada.

Paderanga, an educational consultant of Gold Mind Knowledge Development System, told police she received a text message at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, warning her against going back to school because somebody holds a grudge against her.

Paderanga added that several times in August and September, Arman threatened her while in the classroom. "Dili ra ba ka taga-Davao, pwede taka ipapatay kay daghan ra ba mi og alalay (You are not from this city, we can just ask somebody to kill you)," Paderanga quoted Arman.

Paderanga said a certain Tony Calustre also threatened her at around 9:30
p.m. on Sunday by saying: "Dili ra ba taga-dinhi, taga-Cagayan ra ba ka bantay ka lang (Watch out since you are not from here, but from Cagayan)."

Sun.Star has tried but failed to reach Paderanga for comments on her next legal move against the students. RCO/GDM
