DCPO battles NSU in Game One Tuesday

THE Davao City Police Office (DCPO) and PCTC-National Support Unit will clash in Game One of the 2003 AFP-PNP Olympics basketball tournament finals Tuesday at the Bankerohan covered court.

DCPO shot down the Philippine Air Force 79-74 while PCTC-NSU scored a whipping 76-67 victory over the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology in their semi-finals matches Sunday night.

PAF takes on NSU for third place in the cagefest organized as part of the "Pahalipay ni Mayor sa Pasko" program and implemented by the Sports Development Division of the City Mayor's Office.

The Supt. Conrado Laza-managed DCPO will rely mainly on Matthew Baccay, Alden Delvo, Donato Perucho, Leo Mauhay, Jerry Nilo, Manuel Canencia, Gerardo Molina, Ronald Desierto, Edwin Yadao, Carlito Tayo, Ryan Go, Resty Go, Rommel Jumawan and Carlo Magno.

Christpher Lawas, Allan Tubog, Wheljohn Saniel, Dennis Austria, Gavino Suyo, Roberto Jaca, Rommel Bactat, Hercules Arellano, Edwin Josol, Wilkins Villanueva and Nestor Quinsay Jr. will lead the charge for NSU. MLS
