Man chokes lady over bungled sex agreement

A MARRIED man landed in jail after a commercial sex worker accused him of choking her over a bungled deal Wednesday morning.

Rudy (name withheld), 37, of Marilog this city, was accused by one Marilou (name withheld), 20.

The complainant said Rudy hired her for sex. They agreed that Rudy would have to use condom. She said the suspect agreed and paid her P200 for her service.

The two checked in at Crystal Inn along Legaspi St., Davao City. In the middle of their intercourse, Marilou claimed the suspect suddenly pulled out the condom from his genitals.

Marilou then refused to go to bed again with the suspect. An altercation ensued, prompting the suspect to grab her by the neck and choke her.

Inside the San Pedro Police station, Rudy said he did not deliberately remove the condom. He, however, admitted holding Marilou by her neck as the complainant refused to go on with their intercourse.

Rudy said he already paid the sex worker for the service. He added that Marilou also stole his wallet containing P800.

SPO2 Fiel Solis, desk officer of San Pedro police station, said the suspect is being accused of slight physical injuries by the complainant.

Solis, however, said they will release the suspect if the complainant will not return to pursue the case. BOT
