DAVAO City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte Wednesday challenged the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to first show to him the results of the drug examinations on all the winning candidates from the president down to the municipal councilor before submitting himself to the mandatory drug testing on all elected officials.
Duterte said he has nothing against the mandatory drug testing but said that what he does not like is when the Comelec "rush things up".

Phivolcs recorded 14 aftershocks in Nabunturan
THE Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) has so far recorded 15 aftershocks, as of Wednesday, in the Nabunturan faultline since the May 16 earthquake that shook most parts of Mindanao with magnitude of 6.1 in the Richter scale.
