DAVAO City's problem on drainage, which has been the cause of flooding during heavy rains, can be resolved by putting up a "storm drainer" underneath the main streets.
This according to Engineer Ben Pedregosa, president of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - Davao City Chapter, during the Kapihan sa PIA forum Saturday.
