San Jose is new DC-Prisaa prexy

PEDRO V. San Jose is the new president of the Davao City-Private Schools Athletic Association (DC-Prisaa) following an elected of officers yesterday at the Chippens Restaurant along Roxas Avenue.

The San Jose of the University of Mindanao will be backed by San Pedro College's Charles Suarez as vice-president while Holy Cross of Davao College sports coordinator Abraham Verdeprado kept his post as secretary-general.

University of the Immaculate Conception's Edgardo "Bing" Grandeza also retained his treasurer post while Jovito Fernandez of Brokenshire College is the new auditor.

Al Ryan Alejandro of Davao Merchant Marine Academy (DMMA) is PRO, Ateneo de Davao University's Pochollo Elegino is business manager and UM's Joaquin Sarabia is still athletic manager.

Sarabia said they would discuss new calendar of activities in the next meeting.

"We will definitely have a National Prisaa by February next year, with or without a National Ched Palaro. The city meet may start by December yet," Sarabia said. MLS
