A midnight sail
By Jojie Alcantara

MY GOOD friend Jeramie Go, the manager of Greenhills Restaurant, called me up one day asking me to design a logo for a new bar that they were building in the hart of the city, and that it has something to do with a ship.

Pacific Harbor Bar and Grill, right beside Greenhills restaurant along General Luna corner Legaspi Streets, is exactly shaped like a part of a ship. You can't miss the container van structure jutting out in the cent of downtown area. An open stage is set for weekend nights where guest bands perform. It is indeed a different atmosphere as you climb up its stairs. You half expect somebody to shout, bon voyage!

So one special night, several media friends sailed off to boozeland, as they celebrated the opening of Pacific Harbor. It was raining cats and dogs, but it
was smooth sailing for the crowd packed inside and listening to the band.

So here's a toast to the new boat on the dock. Ship ahoy, mates!
