Ragnarok zooms to top spot

RAGNAROK team zoomed to the top spot by hitting a total of 5,835 pinfalls after 12 games in the SBC President's Cup Bowling Tournament at the Fairlanes bowling center Thursday night.

Ayang's Catering 1 was in second with 5,722 while Hannah's Bowlers struck for 5,687 for third place in the tournament organized by the Sunday Bowlers Club, Inc.

The Maxim Bowlers came fourth after rolling 5,668 pins as early tournament leader Polyprod dropped to fifth place with 5,658 followed by Knights Strikers (5,631) and Bravorm Engineering (5,616) in sixth and seventh, respectively.

Trailing behind were Victors (5,596) in eighth, "K" Bowlers (5,406) ninth, Ayang's Catering 2 (5,372) 10th, Partners Bowlers (5,346) 11th, Davao City Hall Employees Association (5,326) 12th, Fairlanes (5,322) 13th and Celestial Pawnshop (5,176) 14th.

Cash prizes and trophies will be given away to the winners of the meet that will resume on Tuesday.
