Danilo Barrios to grace Campus Idols pre-finals
ACTOR Danilo Barrios will join the Campus Idols in the grand pre-finals presentation at the Entertainment Plaza of SM City Davao on Saturday afternoon.
Of course, you will expect the former Streetboys member to dance with the Campus Idols Amazing 10 who will be presenting their special musical event, "Greased".
The musical-dance play is based on the 1978 hit movie "Grease".
Starring John Travolta and Oliva Newton-John, the movie depicts teenage lives--friendships, romances, and adventures--in high school days during the 50s.
The musical flick popularized the hits "Hopelessly Devoted To You," "You're The One That I Want", "Tears On My Pillow", "Sandy", "Summer Nights" and "Grease Lightning".
Aside from "Greased" musical, there will be a fashion show. Actually this Saturday (a week before the grand finals) will be the busiest day for them.
In the morning, they will be guesting again on ABS-CBN's "SBD JAM" at 11 a.m. It is their second guesting at the show, and their fourth TV guesting after last week's appearance on GMA's "Singgit Davao."
They will again be at Greenwich SM at 12 noon.
Last week, the Campus Idols served as order takers in the same fastfood chain in one of their challenges.
They will have a mall parade at SM City by 1:30 p.m.
A "Campus Idols Grand Barkada Day" will be held at 2 p.m., with games to be participated by your favorite Campus Idol at 2 p.m. Great prizes await the game winners.
Also on Saturday, there will be the "Lito Sy Project with Campus Idols" photo exhibit.
