City jail made for 300 now holds 900 inmates

THE Davao City Jail in Ma-a is packed three times more than the capacity it was designed for.

Inmates are sharing everything, including diseases like tuberculosis, jail warden Superintendent Allan S. Iral bared Tuesday.
