Sandara, Errol wow SM shoppers By Ana Felicia Dulay
COUNT Sandara Park and Errol Abalayan as among several celebrities who trooped to Davao City last Feb. 12.
The two young stars serenaded Dabawenyos at the SM City Entertainment Plaza with some of their hit songs.
Sandara is set to leave for Korea for six months to pursue her studies. During the press conference before the show, Sandara says she wants to be known as a more mature actress in the future and less of the tweetums role.
"My first crush was Patrick Garcia," she admits in reply to queries of who her dream guy in showbiz is. Krung-krung, as she is fondly called will pursue a degree in Mass Communications in Korea. She says most of her countrymen are not aware of her showbiz status her in the Philippines. She says she is just an ordinary citizen back home.
Meanwhile, 13-year old Errol Abalayan unabashedly points to Sandara as his crush. "Siya po," he said. Errol says his hobbies are basketball and eating, he adds with a hearty laugh. He is working his way as high school freshman through distance study. The teeners prove that they value education and that fame has not gotten into their heads.
