Christian Life, Panorama Baptist pace ICBL
TOP contenders Christian Life Ministries (CLM) and Panorama Baptist Church (PBC) kept their bracket leads after beating foes in the Inter-Church Basketball League (ICBL) Mayor's Cup 11th conference at the Almendras Gym over the weekend.
CLM routed His Shelter Ministries 109-92 while PBC demolished Seventh Day Adventist 97-82.
Allan Cuta grabbed 22 markers to lead scoring for CLM while HSM's Jeffrey del Campo scored game-high 23 for the losing cause.
Robert Ryan Calimpong sizzled with 26 points for PBC in the Basketball Association of the Philippines (BAP)-sanctioned cagefest.
PBC, toting a 2-1 card, shared the lead in bracket A with Conservative Baptist Association of the Philippines while 3-0 CLM is on top at bracket B. (MLS)
