MANILA -- Eight alleged extremists, all at large, and five unidentified individuals have been named by military intelligence officials in a charge sheet filed before the Department of Justice (DOJ) as the primary suspects in the Davao International Airport bombing two years ago that killed 23 people and injured 127 others.
In a three-page letter, the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (Isafp), through Major Ser-Me Ayuyao, said the group, which had been arrested but were later released, were behind the bombing.
