Developers group denies accusing City Council
Claims of corruption and the challenge made by Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte for the City Council to act drastically and dissociate itself from graft and corrupt practices is triggering a major revamp in the chairmanship of council working committees. (Sun.Star Davao/Rene B. Lumawag)
THE Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) in Davao City clarified Wednesday that it never accused the City Council of corruption.

In a statement, Benny Claudio, first vice president of the SHDA National, said they only wanted to bring to the attention of the City Council their concern on the delayed processing of applications for permits and clearances.
