Councilman killed in Gulf View

A BARANGAY councilman became the next victim of motorcycle-riding gunmen when he was shot to death while on his way home to Gulf View, a housing subdivision in Barangay Bago Aplaya, Davao City, late Saturday afternoon.

The victim was identified as Romeo Hingcuy, of legal age, father of four, barangay councilman of Barangay Bago Aplaya, and resident of the same place.
