Solariega launches new house models

CROWN Communities vows to capture a bigger market as it introduced four new house models at Solariega on September 10.

Crown Communities president Jerylle Luz Quismundo said the launching of Micaela (141 square meters), Raffaella (91 square meters), Alessa (66 square meters), and Gisella (55 square meters) would entail that Solariega clients will have more choices in looking for their dream houses.

These units all carry the same theme, which is Carribean living (palm tree are all over).

"These are the latest offerings of Crown Communities, particularly Solariega. What's good about Solariega is that we make our houses better and better every time we open a new phase. It is not just about aesthetic or the looks. We study the layout of our houses for our clients to have the best experience when they are in Solariega", Quismundo said.

Solariega first opened in 1997. To date, it already has a total of 208 homeowners.

This number, Quismundo said, is expected to grow further once the entire 700 units are available for dwelling.

Crown Communities Davao General Manager Myra Lynn Gilig said the company offers in-house financing for those who could not avail of their houses in a cash basis.

"May in-house financing kami, even for long-term basis. Let's say 10 or 15 years nila gustong bayaran, we have that. We also accept bank financing or those financed through the GSIS (Government Security and Insurance System), Pag-ibig, or SSS (Social Security System)", she said.

For inquiries, please contact Crown Communities Davao at (082)298-0387 or vist them at Doors 7 and 8, Josefina Building, 109 McArthur Highway, Matina, Davao City. (JMM)
