Culmination of MTS 5th year celeb tonight
THE four-day celebration of the 5th anniversary of Matina Town Square (MTS) culminates today with musical performances at the Kanto Bar and Taboan.
A Musicians' Night special contest is scheduled at Taboan at 9 p.m. while a Sunday Jam with cocktail party--a gathering of all regular performers of MTS like Ikoy San Pedro, Popong Landero, Molave Junction, Hi-Lites, Alconera Project, 8 Mile, Souled Out, PLO, Kardams, After Friends, Birdseye, Noel Millanes and Tony Edullantes, among others, will be simultaneously held at the Kanto Bar Jazz Blues ATBP.
Dubbed as "High 5," MTS 5th anniversary fete kicked off on September 15--its foundation day--with a motorcade around the city, a thanksgiving mass, and a cocktails at the Taboan to honor MTS tenants who have been there since September 15, 2000. They are Bambina Flowers, Inc, Taste of Home, Dunkin' Donuts and Davao Central Convenience Store.
