AN ARMY officer challenged human rights group Karapatan Thursday to help the family of the man who was said to have been killed by rebel Kumander Parago in Paquibato District, Davao City on Sunday.
Major Orlando Suarez, executive officer of the Army's 73rd IB, said Karapatan must now offer their help to the family of Modaire Ambong, who was killed by rebels in Sitio New Camotes, Paquibato on October 23.
