THE transport strike called by the Southeastern Mindanao Diversified Drivers and Operators Cooperative (Semddoc) is on but militants predict this would not cause much inconvenience to the commuting public.
Juland Suazo of Bayan said only 5 percent of the public transport is expected to join the Monday strike. Suazo said the reason for non-participation of the majority of the transport sector is because there was no proper consultation made by Semddoc.
