Davao's Barte lost to Indon
DAVAO City netter Ralph Kevin Barte lost to Indonesian Arnav Jain 3-6, 1-6 in the opening round to end his stint in the Singapore International Junior Championships 2005.
Barte, who also played in two meets in Malaysia, is expected to come home for the holidays and compete in the Sports Depot Age-Group Tennis Championship.
The former Rizal Memorial Colleges (RMC) standout is a consistent So Kim Cheng Sports Foundation awardee for tennis. (MLSA)
