City fliers for ATF delegates
By Barbara Carla R. Quiero

THE City Government, Davao City Investment and Promotion Center, Bureau of Immigration, and Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board have joined efforts to come up with a flier for delegates to the Asean Tourism Forum (ATF), said City Administrator Wendel E. Avisado Monday.

Avisado said the flier would serve as an information dissemination tool of the city to inform ATF delegates on how to invest in Davao City.

The flier will be given out to delegates as soon as they step into the city's airport.

"We'll give them a brochure that will provide them information on what to do and whom to approach when they have plans on investing particularly on real property," Avisado said.

The flier will also serve as a guide for delegates when they encounter problems involving their visas, visa extensions, and other passport processes.

In the flier, the Davao City Investment and Promotion Center will state the prepared areas of investments like the real estate, tourism, telecommunication, manufacturing, and information technology.

"So we'll try to inform our visitors, very important facts and information they need to know so that they can be guided, because for sure some of those who will be coming here for the first time and given the good amenities, very attractive geography of the city, they may have to invest," said Avisado.

He added that coming up of a flier is another way of helping and ensuring the success of the ATF.
