DFA bares 2006 football sked
THE Davao Football Association (DFA) recently bared its 2006 calendar of activities starting off with the Inter-School men and women's tournament this month at the Tionko field.
It will be followed by its entry in the South and Central Mindanao Men's Finals from January to February then the 2006 DFA Cup for first and second division tournaments will be held on January 27 to 29.
Other events scheduled this year are the Jose Te, Araw ng Dabaw, Kick First Summer Football Clinic, U-17 Men's, U-17 Ladies, Ladies League, Men's and Women's Inter-School and Liga Dabaw tournaments.
The Kadayawan football is set in August while the Red Ribbon U-15 and U-19 Ladies Team, are both slated in September.
The Acosta Cup will kick off in November while the Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte Festival will wrap up the yearlong activities in December. (MLSA)
