JUST a week after the much-lauded Asean Tourism Forum, suspected vigilantes struck anew, killing three people, including a young woman, in separate incidents in Davao City on Tuesday.

The latest victim was 18-year-old Rachel Von Bagas of Generoso Extension in Barangay 18-B, Barrio Obrero.
