(Sun.Star Davao/Seth delos Reyes) DAVAO City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte ordered the reforestation of landslide-prone barangay Carmen in Baguio District, after the area was hit by floods and landslides last week, resulting in the evacuation of 115 families.
