NATHANIEL Garingo, 2005 UAAP silver medallist, and veteran campaigner Rainier Labay head the cast of the 2006 Cabanatuan Chess Championships on March 18 to 19 at the Plaza Lucero Del Pilar St., Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija.
