Medvil to face Solido U
THE Medvil Football Club (FC) will try to improve its two-win and one-loss record when it clashes against Solido United at 2 p.m. in the resumption of the 1st PGMA-PSC Congressman Nograles Cup at the Tionko field Sunday.
Medvil, fresh from its 4-3 nipping of Ebocci last weekend, has the advantage over Solido United.
The latter needs to get its acts together to resurrect from its three-game losing streak in the event organized by the Davao Football Association and co-sponsored by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Philippine Sports Commission and Representative Prospero "Boy" Nograles.
The second game pits unbeaten WT-UM against the Hooligans at 4 p.m. while Davao U-19/Columbia collides with Ebocci at 6 p.m.
WT-UM totes a clean three-win, no-loss slate to keep the top spot of the team standings while the Hooligans team is in second spot. (MLSA)
