COUNCILOR Emmanuel D. Galicia Thursday said the City Council will hold two consecutive council sessions in April, one of which is will be solely for the amendment of the rules.

Galicia said they will not be holding a session during the Holy Week, and their next sessions will be on April 18 and 19.

"Dili na special session sa 19, murag pangbawi ang 19 sa session unta sa April 11. Pero sa 19, amendments sa council rules lang ang i-tackle," Galicia said in an interview Thursday.

Last week, the City Council amended five of the 30 council rules.

Galicia said the council is not in a hurry to finish all the amendments in the council.

"We are not even targeting to finish it in the coming session (April 19)," he said. (BRQ)
