RPTC wins 6 golds
THE Regional Philippine Taekwondo Contingent (RPTC) harvested six gold medals at the just-concluded 7th Beefit Taekwondo Center Sparring League at the Garden Oases Resort and Restaurant over the weekend.
RPTC's Rolly Pentecostes ruled the boys 4 event over teammates Jasper Ngo and Marvin Te while Arturo Lalican Jr. bested fellow RPTC jin Prudencio Melecio for the boys 5 gold medal.
Bemedaled Mark Asistido also shared the limelight for RPTC after copping the boys 6 gold over Beefit Taekwondo Center's Sherwin Go.
In the girls side, RPTC's Clarence Nuval bested Kylah Sy of JT Taekwondo Center and Jeneva Humangit of Pingoy Taekwondo Center to capture the girls 2 gold.
Harold Nuval won the girls 3 gold while Natalie Maramba dominated the girls 5 category.
The other champions were JT's Sean Tan (boys 1), John Lorence Lim (boys 2), Michaela Barius (boys 3) and Ivy Lim (girls 6) along with Beefit's Derianne Maramba (girls 4). (MLSA)
